To complete winph identity verification (KYC), you will need to upload a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or a valid passport. In some cases, a recent bank statement may be requested to verify your payment method. The KYC review process is typically completed within 24 hours on business days. No. Each user is only permitted to hold one winph account. Owning multiple accounts violates winph's Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended. Log in to your Winph account, go to "Account Settings" and select "Change Password". Enter your current password, then type your new desired password and confirm it once more. winph does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. The money you deposit and withdraw is entirely free of any deductions on winph's part. Any charges that may apply come from your bank or e-wallet provider and are outside of winph's control.

A withdrawal may be rejected or delayed for several reasons:

Cashback is calculated based on your net losses over the course of the week and credited to your account every Monday. There is no maximum cashback cap for premium VIP members at winph.

Yes. If you prefer not to receive a bonus and wish to withdraw your deposited funds without any wagering requirements, you may opt out of all bonuses at the time of deposit.
